“She is convinced that she has been found not guilty,” said Bright, adding that Rhodes had opposed the government’s request for him to be in jail before he was arrested. “She has no reason to run away. He does not have a passport. He has nowhere to go, ”said Bright.

“While some members of the Oath Keepers and their allies stormed the Capitol premises, others remained outside the city by the QRF,” the Justice Department said in a statement on Thursday.
“In accordance with the ruling, QRF teams were ready to carry firearms and other weapons with great urgency in Washington, DC, in support of a mission aimed at using force to prevent a legitimate deportation of the president.”
The lawsuit also alleges that Rhodes spent thousands of dollars’ worth of weapons and ammunition, including an AR-15 assault rifle, nightgowns and ammunition.
