About seven million people in the state of Victoria will have to stay home for a week to face new charges.

As many as seven million people in Australia’s second-largest state of Victoria began closing Thursday night, with officials blaming lazy vaccination and hotel failure due to a new explosion that doubled overnight to 26 cases.

Victoria State Prime Minister James Merlino told reporters in Melbourne that from 11:59 pm (13:59 GMT) people will immediately be allowed to leave their homes for essential work, health care, food purchases or exercise.

The rule will last seven days.

“In the last days, we have seen more and more evidence that we are dealing with a serious infectious disease, various disorders, which are moving faster than we have written,” Merlino said.

This type is known as B1617, and was first identified in India.

Leaders tight limits at home and in public meetings and forcibly made masks on Tuesday after the first cases came out.

Affiliates have identified 10,000 connections between primary and secondary schools that may require separation, self-assessment and isolation, but Merlino said that number could change.

Experts say the closure is designed to give the team the time they need to be able to find a partner to prevent the spread of the virus.

“Communication is important, Lockdowns is designed to give the team a chance to fight,” Catherine Bennett, chair of the Infectious Diseases at Deakin University’s Institute for Health Transformation in Melbourne, told Al Jazeera.

“It really helps here. We have a great plan. One thing I have always struggled with is not just going to face known cases but going to those who are connected to them. This explosion is moving forward again. If one person is found guilty they go to all their relatives, test them and set them aside and then go with them. He loses everything he can. ”

Officials say the government’s immunization of the lazy vaccine is one of the reasons why it is so popular.

“If more people are vaccinated, we can experience a very different situation today. But sadly we are not,” Merlino said.

It is the fourth time that Melbourne has been introduced to the field since the outbreak began. Australia’s second-largest city has survived the deadly COVID-19 explosion in the country last year, which were just a struggle after about four months of restricting the complexities of daily life.

Thousands of people in the city are already taking care of themselves after positive cases have been reported in several areas including two different ones. Aussie Controls the game of football, several nightclubs and rescheduling the civil war.

Australia had a COVID-19 especially when it closed its borders and imposed restrictions on citizens who were able to return and citizens were less interested.

But the vaccine has failed to meet its goals and critics say it has left the country at risk of epidemics.

Germs have emerged at the hotel 17 times in six months, according to the opposition Labor party, which has criticized the government’s insistence on refusing to reform the system.

“If we had a different way to get to the hospital because of these complications, we wouldn’t be here today,” Merlino said.

About 3.7 million vaccines have been approved so far out of 25 million and the government has promised more groups to be sent to Victoria in the coming weeks.

An ABC public broadcaster says the vaccine has not been delivered to nearly 30 nursing homes in the state, though Hundreds died when the virus swept through areas last year.

Australia has registered nearly 30,000 cases and less than 1,000 people have died from COVID-19 – most of them in Victoria in the second wave last year.
