Argentina will win its first major title since 1993 with a 1-0 win over Brazil.
Argentina beat Brazil 1-0 in the Copa America final on Saturday to defend their first international team title in 28 years.
Argentina’s successful goal at the Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro came in the 22nd minute after Rodrigo de Paul made a long pass to Angel di Maria.
The 33-year-old veteran defender defends some caregiver from left-back Renan Lodi to improve and take over Ederson.
It was only the third goal Brazil scored in the tournament.
Brazil were under a lot of pressure in the second half but despite five attackers on the field they did not get a draw against the Argentine defense defended by Rodrigo De Paul.

Argentina’s victory was a success especially for Barcelona’s Lionel Messi, who took his first head in a white and white shirt after more than a decade of honor and respect.
After the game, the weeping Messi was thrown into the air by some of his former teammates.
Messi finished the match with four goals and was selected as a joint player with Neymar. But he was silent the whole time and did not miss a golden opportunity to finish the game by two minutes.
After the final whistle, Argentina TV announced, “Argentina’s champion, Lionel Messi’s hero!”
This victory was the 15th Copa America victory in Argentina and means they are on par with Uruguay as the regular winners.
Their victory also boosted unbeaten matches to 20 under Lionel Scaloni and gave Brazil their first defeat in the tournament since their defeat by Belgium in the final of the 2018 World Cup.
