Governments encourage ‘working from home’ because workers want to have a better life in the workplace.

For almost two years now because of the coronavirus epidemic, many of us have been changing the way we work.

Working from home has become a habit, as people avoid crowded offices and transportation.

While this may be the case for some, the key staff in the medical and hospitality industries do not have that choice.

In addition, the plague has led to what some call the “Great Depression” in developed lands.

Millions of workers, dissatisfied with their jobs, have resigned from jobs that provide better working conditions.

So will 2022 be the time to change labor relations?
