US has accused former Bolivian prime minister of corruption, money laundering | Hypocrisy

The United States has arrested a former prime minister in the jurisdiction of former Bolivian President Jeanine Anez for bribery and embezzlement.

The five men are charged with one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering. If found guilty, they could face up to 20 years in prison.
Murillo is also wanted in Bolivia on charges of sedition for his actions in the Anez state.
Anez came to power after Evo Morales, Bolivia’s first Indian President, stepped down in November 2019 under pressure from some people, militants and opposition leaders who accused him of rigging elections last month.
