JPMorgan completely transformed the big team into the only President Daniel Pinto

JPMorgan Chase has shaken its lead when Gordon Smith, one of Jamie Dimon’s top executives, resigns later this year.

Smith was the co-president and co-founder of the joint venture and chief financial officer of Daniel Pinto, and was also the director of the bank. When he leaves, Pinto will be the only President and COO.

Smith will remain with JPMorgan as Dimon’s senior adviser and other executives.

“Technically, Gordon has been a great business leader and partner for the last 13 years,” Dimon said in a statement. “I am delighted that he will continue to be a wise weapon for me and our great team.”

Marianne Lake, who oversees lending institutions, and Jennifer Piepszak, chief financial officer, have been the directors of JPMorgan’s public and private banking company.

Jeremy Barnum replaces Piepszak as chief financial officer.

Sea and Piepszak are both considered to be Dimon’s successors at the end of his career. Dimon has led the bank since 2006.

“I am in pain to leave the club, but I am happy to help them in any way I can and go and enjoy the company’s bright future,” Smith said.
