Italy sealed the second round of the Euro after beating England 3-2 in the final on penalties.
Italy won the European Championship for the first time since 1968 when goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma saved two penalties for England in a 3-2 win.
Both teams beat the 1-1 draw at the infamous Wembley on Sunday.
The giant keeper was rescued from Jadon Sancho and Bukayo Saka Marcus Rashford after the operation, while Federico Bernardeschi, Leonardo Bonucci and Domenico Berardi all led Italy.
Luke Shaw started dreaming of England with a high goal two minutes later but Italy, who did not answer anything in the first half, slowly took control as the readers sat down and corrected Bonucci 67 minutes later.
It was the last major election since Czechoslovakia defeated West Germany in 1976 and will celebrate Italy with a landslide victory in 2000 and 2012.

Pickford was called up 57 minutes later, blocking Lorenzo Insigne’s shot and then descending on Chiesa as Italy began to forcibly return to England.
He paid a high price when Bonucci jumped near Pickford after turning Andrea Belotti’s head into a post.
It was also a similar issue in the first 15 minutes, although England were forced to return to play for the second time, although there was no part in making anything to repay the people for their noise.
As a result, the small arms of England failed and Italy gained respect.
England has been without a trophy since 1966.
