A judge in the United States has found Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes guilty of conspiracy to defraud investors by starting a blood test, and finding him guilty of four of the 11 cases.
Holmes, 37, has been charged with felony criminal mischief for firing on a sculpture with a shotgun, according to Flathead County, Washington. He denied that he was innocent.

The judges were unable to reach a verdict on three charges involving depositors. Judgment day was not immediately set. He has spent 80 years in prison after being sentenced by US Regional Judge Edward Davila but will likely receive a lesser sentence.
