Hassan Nasrallah condemns Saudi Arabia for spreading ISIL ideologies throughout the region amid political infighting.
Beirut, Lebanon – Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah has condemned Saudi Arabia for sending the ideas of ISIS (ISIS) out and carrying off car bombs and suicide bombers to Iraq.
Speaking on television on Monday, he spoke to Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdul Aziz.
“The queen, the terrorists are the ones who sent Daesh’s ideas to the whole world,” said Nasrallah, using the Arabic word ISIL.
“The terrorists are the ones who sent thousands of Saudis to commit suicide in Iraq and Syria, and it is you.”
Nasrallah also criticized the regime for its relations with the United States and for the war leading to Yemen.
Nasrallah’s comments came in response to Lebanese political opponents and critics who criticized the Iranian-backed party for destroying relations between the non-financial state and Saudi Arabia.

Lebanon is struggling to resolve diplomatic tensions with Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, who have been critical of Hezbollah for their role in Yemen and other regional conflicts.
