The death toll has risen to 18, with 145 people still missing and fear being locked up in ruins for a week after the crash.

Biden, who delayed his trip to Florida so as not to disrupt rescue operations, has issued an emergency announcement and offered help to the federation to help respond.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have dispatched teams to assist in the search and rescue, remedial action and garbage disposal.
FEMA is also partnering with state and local authorities to open a family-friendly facility and provide communication assistance.
Biden, a Democrat, will appear alongside Florida Republican Republican ambassador Ron DeSantis, appearing to be the frontrunner for Biden’s three-year re-election. DeSantis began to dominate Florida politics and made a name for himself as an opponent, often criticizing Biden for issues such as the COVID-19 epidemic and alien.
Biden plans to use the trip to thank “the brave in response at the start, the search and rescue teams, and everyone who has worked tirelessly day and night,” said Secretary of the White House Jen Psaki.
The president and first lady are also “facing families who have been forced to endure these tragic events,” added Psaki.
Biden’s gift of sharing his troubles with grief and suffering has become a thing of the past. He has endured the death of his first wife, daughter and son in all his years in public.
The governor and the president spoke by telephone last week, and DeSantis thanked Biden for his support after the talks.
Investigators did not finish resulting in nearly half of 40-year-old homes falling into one of the most dangerous buildings in U.S. history.
But a 2018 report compiled by construction company Morabito Consultants prior to the defense and construction process found shortcomings in 12, 136 homes which are now worth consulting.
