Annie Farmer’s testimony comes after three other women accused Maxwell of caring for them because of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse.

A fourth defendant testified in Ghislaine Maxwell’s sexual violence in the United States, he told a court Friday that he felt “cold” when the late financier Jeffrey Epstein climbed into bed with him at the age of 16.

Annie Farmer told a federal court judge in Manhattan that she had accepted an invitation to the Epstein farm in New Mexico in the hope that the couple would help her pay for her college education.

Instead, she said Maxwell finished stroking her breasts and Epstein climbed into bed with her without her consent. He says: “All these experiences made me feel that way.

The farmer, now 42, stood up for what he knew – from the verdict of three other plaintiffs who had similar issues that he testified in Maxwell’s case under pseudonyms or just names to protect their privacy.

Farmer’s testimony came after the defendant was able to clear their case over the weekend.

The judge also ruled that a filing of charges – which are expected to last six weeks – could take place as soon as possible on December 20 if the next week’s security briefing lasts only a day or two.

Maxwell, 59, said he did not say that he was innocent to eight sex trafficking cases and other cases his stated duty by recruiting and preparing four young men for Epstein abuse between 1994 and 2004. His lawyers say he is being abused because Epstein is no longer alive.

The man committed suicide at the age of 66 in 2019 in Manhattan Prison while awaiting trial on a sexual charge.

The farmer said he did not feel comfortable going to the Epstein farm because he held her hand and stroked her in the theater at a previous conference in New York. But Farmer testified that he did not believe Epstein could catch him on the farm where Maxwell was.

While at the farm, the Farmer agreed to receive tickets from Maxwell. The farmer said Maxwell touched her breasts during the massage.

The door was open, and although he had not seen Epstein during the meeting, he said he thought he was close. “I just felt like he saw me,” Farmer said. “I just really wanted to get out of the table and massage it.”

Later, Farmer said he was in bed when Epstein opened the door to his room and jokingly told him he wanted to “hug”. Then he went to his bed and “pushed his body into me”.

“I felt so cold,” she says.

He said he had to use the toilet, which he called an “excuse” to leave Epstein.

Before the Farmer testified, the judges heard something three women who said they were young when Maxwell set them up sexual violence and Epstein. Witnesses said Maxwell encouraged them to apply Epstein’s genitals.

The farmer, only one of the four to testify under his full name, said he never met Epstein or Maxwell after a trip to New Mexico.

U.S. District Judge Alison Nathan advised the judges that any contact with Epstein was not “illegal sex” according to New Mexico law.
