The European Union is being attacked several times by Russia and should cooperate behind new economic sanctions, Baltic and Central European leaders have said in Lithuania over Russian terrorists from Belarus.
Warnings at the EU summit on Thursday were some of the most direct in recent weeks as United States and its NATO allies want to stop any Russian offensive in Ukraine and to narrowly reduce Moscow’s border.
