A Down Detector report maps shows most of the people who can’t tweet are in the eastern region, but even people outside the US have reported complications since 8 PM ET.
Change 8:30 PM ET: The activity seems to be reviving, with fewer inaccurate messages and worse tweets. Continue your activities on Friday as planned.
