What to Expect on E3 2021
One year later, the biggest summer sports conference kicks off on Saturday, June 12, with four days of great news and new travel, all for free for everyone to watch. It is time for E3 2021.
Entertainment Software Agency left E3 2020 while the global epidemic of COVID-19 has shut down factories around the world. Despite the closure – or even the reason – the video game market was a year in the making, and both Sony and Microsoft launched their ninth-generation console, a PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, at the end of 2020.
This year, E3 is back and it’s completely digital, which takes place on a page that publishes like Twitch and YouTube. Unlike previous years, attendees are free, and the show runs from June 12 to June 15, with several similar events planned in those days. Therefore, here are our thoughts on the most exciting shows at E3 2021 and around:
It all starts Wednesday, June 9th, with the revelation of the following Battlefield games, War of 2042. We have a new trailer and more details War of 2042 inside our broken story, but here’s the tip: It’s an additional sandbox game that plays 128 games on PC, Xbox Series X / S, and PlayStation 5, with smaller numbers than previous games. There are jets and helicopters, strong weather and winged wings, including a new system. There are no fights to start with, but the types of fans you love most Conquest and Breakthrough are back. War of 2042 comes out October 22nd.
Next, on 2PM ET Thursday, June 10th, The Summer Games are over. This is a great show by Geoff Keighley, and it is proven to have a number of these amazing announcements and trailers, including Devs Day show from Double Fine and iam8bit. We also know that Weezer has created a new song from the unknown game, and Jeff Goldblum will appear for other reasons. Not that we’re worried.
Friday, June 11th it’s just. It starts with a show from Netflix to 12PM ET, featuring the original on-screen and video-based streaming. Netflix has it insulted specific roles including Mfiti, Cuphead show!, Castlevania, PA and Resident Evil. And at 3PM ET, Deep Silver’s parent company, Koch Media, will host the stream, but for sure it will not contain the story of Saints Row, Metro, Dead Island or Timesplitters.
Ubisoft is relaunching things Saturday, June 12th, and assembly from 3PM ET. Ubisoft will showcase this game known as The Sixth Rainbow, which was due to be launched in early 2020, but was delayed, you know, except for people around the world. The studio will also look good The Great Cry 6, discuss changes to The Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla and The Sixth Rainbow: Siege, and a conversation False Search, the beautiful Apple TV + series that Ubisoft makes. The studio does not share anything about The prince of Persia repairs it. And at 4:30 PM ET on Saturday, Devolver Digital will be showcasing a mix of mixed-up, violent, humor and direct advertising, watching their high-end indie team. In particular, before E3 week, Ayu wanjiku Retweeted message reading for 2017, “No Miami Hotline 3.” Create what you want.
Sunday, June 13th, is the great day. Pa 1PM ET, Xbox and Bethesda will host a joint press conference, the first from Xbox acquiring ZeniMax Media, id Software company, Arkane Studios, Tango Gameworks and, Bethesda. The video will take 90 minutes to watch the game, which is good news for the Xbox Series X owners. Xbox crashed a few years ago just speak rashly studio art, although Series X has been simpler on special software so far. Looks like the Xbox and Bethesda event will show up Halo: Unlimited especially.
But that is not what happened on Sunday – 15:15 PM ET, Square Enix will show a few of its names, including The fall of Babylon, an amazing work from Bayonetta and Nier: Automata PlatinumGames studio. Platinum plunged The fall of Babylon going back to 2018 and 2019, but with the exception of some of the more iconic features and Black Lives rocking, much about the game is not available. Square is planning to create a new theme from Eidos-Montreal, the studio in charge Two Ex: Human Change and People Are Divided. Rumors have it, the game takes the Guardians of the Galaxy. If that’s true, let’s expect Square to try better than that Unpredictable Revenge.
Monday, June 14th, we will have a few shows from companies including Limited Run Games, Razer, Capcom and Take-Two Interactive. Take-Two did not specify what would bring the show, though ESA says the studio has public discussions on diversity, fairness and inclusion. In other words, I don’t think this will include the Grand Theft Auto stories.
And finally, as in the past, Nintendo is hosting the last E3 convention on Tuesday, June 15th 12PM ET time. Nintendo Direct Stream will be on Switch Games, with fans hoping to find updates on popular themes as well Metroid Prime 4, Bayonetta 3 I will follow you to Natural Breathing. Nintendo has announced the availability of Metroid Prime 4 in 2017, and two years later, the manufacturers said they are losing them all and starting development from scratch. The news has been quiet ever since. It is a matter of parallel Bayonetta 3 and Natural Breathing next – it has been years since Nintendo offered updates on these games, although the demand remains high. If the game is not available on Nintendo’s E3 event, fans will be outraged. Well, just as angry as the Animal Raiders would be.
Although Nintendo has specifically stated that its stream will be a switchch program, there are also rumors that the company is unveiling a new, high-end E3 switch.
That’s the case with E3 2021. Once again, Sony will be gone – but Engadget will be there again. We will take care of it live streams on four exhibits: Summer Game Fest, Ubisoft, Xbox, and Nintendo. My friends and I will watch together, comment and review along the way. And we probably cry a little if we don’t see Bayonetta 3.
