Google Calendar invites you now to choose to participate in virtual events

Now that the COVID-19 vaccine is available, businesses and offices are beginning to ask colleagues to visit the office several times a week. Preparing for meetings can be challenging workplace the formation, however, of the people being present in the offices on different days and at different times. That’s why Google said so modified RSVP Calendar format that can be customized for work shift types.

A major technical giant has released new RSVP selections on Calendar trees. Now, when you click “Yes” on the Calendar conference call, you’ll see a download menu that gives you an option to show whether you’re attending or in private. All in attendance and the guests will see how the audience will feel about the details of the program. People who clicked “Yes” will have pictures next to their names that match their preferences.

That said, Google says the new RSVP options will not be shared with users on other platforms, such as Microsoft Outlook. It will also appear in Google Calendar for now, though the company says the results will be available in Gmail’s email “soon.”
