Twenty years ago, My drum teacher Marty told me how jealous he was of a thousand years. After breaking out in a sweat, young Marty learned to play, wearing 10 seconds on his vinyl tracks while trying to figure out the various rolls, circles, and fillings. I’m starting to have the same jealousy as people are just starting to learn weapons today. After studying 20 years and having a four-year degree, I believe that the best part of my education would be to replace caffeine, A good iPad, and YouTube. It is easier than ever to learn to play music.
I asked my friends, co-workers, and friends with whom I play some of their favorite programs, pages, and videos. The best part? Most of these items are free of charge. The following programs are good tools to help you acquire the skills you need to master the game.
Fender Play
The learning program from Fender is the best we’ve got for beginners, and after a free trial, it’s only $ 10 a month. You select your instrument (music guitar, electric guitar, bass, or ukulele), and then you select the type of music you want to learn. Fender Specialists also offers a number of well-designed video tutorials to change your size. There are several levels to climb, and everything is built on pre-existing elements. If you can’t afford special training, Fender Play is the next best thing.
Yousician
MacOS / Windows, iOS apps, Android
Yousician uses a built-in microphone on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop to give you answers while you play. You are about to start the journey on the path to your real world Powerful Guitar. Every singer should practice with a metronome — a funny thing that helps you beat the beat of time. Your grandparents probably had a frustration that goes back and forth, but nowadays I use this free app from Soundbrenner. Take it from a musician who has been forced to do many years of preserving piano education: Music reading can be dangerous. This is why I love it Literary Instructor, which uses a connected piano to teach you where each pen is on the keyboard. It also creates a workout, based on the scales or words you are trying to keep under your fingers.
Don’t use iOS? Try it Visual Instructor. It can listen to your piano to make sure you are playing the right notes.
Multitimer to Do It Well
One of the most important things I have recently discovered is More. I usually have a variety of exercises or types to practice in one-part practice, and in order to use my time, it is very helpful to have a few reading times so that you can easily change the window. My 15 minute scales can’t get out of my 10-minute routine, and so on. When setting up Multitimer before my time, I never forget to set a new time on my phone or forget what I did. The program of Amazing Slow Downer page still looks straightforward since 1998, but the app really works on computers, iOS, or Android. You set the song and change the way it looks fast without affecting the pitch. It’s great for anyone trying to learn a little bit about their favorite music, and it’s a very popular program among jazz musicians for this reason.
How to Find Music Online
The best way to learn to play music is to find music I want to to play. When you hear an unfamiliar song on the radio, or sit in a coffee shop and enjoy your favorite music, Shazam helps you figure out what it is, so you can play it later.
Soundslice It is a great site that features a songwriting program and well-known lessons from the best in the world. You have to pay for a lot of music, but the money goes to the musicians who started the course. For another free item, see Chimamanda, which has tons of free music for a variety of instruments and can also be used to produce and publish your own music. Being jazz and blues classics? Try it True Pro, which gives you the opportunity to transform your “fake book” (jazz books and more songs) into a digital format. You can even change the keys to the music quickly, making it easier to learn the music.
