Low and Michel were was sung in 2019 accusing him of making unfair payments to the US Presidential election in 2012. DoJ alleges that Michel received about $ 21.6m from the Low and managed the money privately and through about 20 “grass donors”.

If convicted, Malaysian financiers should be jailed for up to 10 years in each case, with Michel serving up to 20 years in prison.
