Earlier this month, a British official sent an e-mail to one of his clients which left the woman in a state of shock.
The man is not famous, as is Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary, who once he said the idea that the client is always right was “horseshit”.
Also they don’t make stories like that James Watt, co-founder of the alcohol group, BrewDog, who last week he swore to listen and learn after many of the previous writers wrote open letter saying that the company was full of “dangerous ideas” and had a “corrupt culture”.

The dust of the email started when a friend of mine who had traveled to London from abroad wrote to ask for money because the results he had invited to his company failed to meet his expectations.
Price also wrote that as far as he could know, his company still used the time it was announced and if he refunds there will be no test.
My friend, this fear means that he will be locked up at home even a little, he strongly objected. He also said he needed results and that refunds encouraged customer loyalty, with Mr Price bluntly telling him: “We would have a refundable customer who understands what he is buying.”
He later regretted being shown what one of his employees had told him about when the results would be ready. Assuming he had been given incorrect information about the customer, he presented all the money and the test results, but it was too late.
A friend of mine, who was a senior manager, said he saw his attitude was so disgusting that he would never use his company again.
Mr Price told me later that he was saddened by the poor performance of the service, including his response to customer complaints, which were supported by others at the company.
But he remembered last week when he was an annual list of the “senior CEOs” came out, this time from Outer glass, a place where employees can post anonymous comments about their companies.
The list provided managers in the US, UK, Canada, France and Germany in the 12-month crisis period until May this year, using internal monitoring methods, quantity and consistency of monitoring.
Some of the findings: Microsoft’s Satya Nadella came on the list for all countries except France, which happens, according to Glassdoor.
Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg failed to make it onto the list of the top 100 US officials for the first time since the election began in 2013, when he was voted the number one, which is a big challenge.
Some of the CEOs who listed on the three-nation list were Retailersand Marc Benioff; Instructions: Morgan Stanleyof James Gorman and Airbus‘Guillaume Faury.
This is interesting, as are the reasons why employees give so much damage to these bosses. Not only do they offer better pay, better pay and better career advancement, many also have plans to offer to work or away.
This is all good to know. Yet my friend’s experience was a reminder that it would also be good to have a reliable list of the worst CEOs. Would this not also provide valuable guidance for potential employees, customers and investors, especially when it comes to small, uninsured companies? I know a few people have tried this for years, but no one has a Glassdoor door. When I asked the page if it had ever considered the list, a spokesman said he had not. “We like to look at the best and best performances.”
He also said that CEOs have taken a Glassdoor show based on additional reviews – as opposed to one in a recent year – and this could be educational.
Ryanair’s O’Leary only gets 43 percent, down slightly with a 73% CEO increase. BrewDog’s Watt comes in at only 52 percent.
This is great, but if the page comes up with an annual ranking of the worst CEOs, I know I won’t be the only one willing to read it.
