In 2014, a a team of behavioral scientists from Harvard and Yale tried to save the future — with a little idea of the game.
Here’s the part of the game: The researchers divided a large group of volunteers into five groups called “generations.” He gave the players a portion of the first 100 units, or “units,” and told them to take on themselves, up to 20 units each, and then leave for the next generation. If the entire pool were 50 units or more at the end of the cycle, the next generation would be re-established — the first 100 units everywhere, a fixed example. If the pool had less than 50 units, the next generation got their findings.

That is when the Champlain Towers collapsed when they were reunited with the game, and when there was a global catastrophe today. Danger is the danger in which bad things will happen — earthquakes, a wildfire, a storm, a heat event; disasters and what happens when the threat begins to take effect and increase any pre-planned humanitarian action. And it turns out that people are much worse off planning ahead. The dangers in the Champlain Towers were obvious to some of the people. As with the changing climate, the accident happened long before the disaster.
