MIT reveals the longest battery in the world. You can knit and wash with a cloth

From this article: Imagine a thread that could fit into a seamstress that is woven into your T-shirt. This is what MIT experts have done, making a rechargeable lithium-ion battery in the longest range. According to the authors of the new study, the thread can also be used to print 3D batteries in any form.

The 140-meter-long battery has a 123 milliamp storage capacity – enough to power a smart watch or phone. Battery threads can be woven into two-dimensional fabrics like textiles, but they can also be used for 3-D printing to make durable items, such as necklaces.
