There have been very busy weeks for our reviewers as they test new devices from Apple, Sony, Amazon and others. Apple also released the redesigned iMac M1, which Devindra Hardawar tested its entire home, and the M1-powered iPad Pro, which left Chris Velazco hoping to announce more apps at WWDC next month. Billy Steele tested all of Amazon Echo Buds’ upgrades, which now feature noise-saving and wireless controls, as well as a Sony SRS-RA5000 speaker, which uses the company’s 360 Reality Audio platform. At the same time, some employees tested the latest Samsung laptop, Fujifilm’s new camera and the latest version of Mass Effect.

Devindra Hardawar / Engadget

After installing the new one iMac M1 Around her home to write, edit, print movies and music, play games and find recipes, Devindra Hardawar was reminded of how a one-family desktop can help. It supports a lightweight machine weighing less than 10 pounds, with an impressive 11.5 millimeter and can be used by the VESA mount, making it extremely portable. The iMac M1 also features a 23.5-inch, 4.5K Retina Display, a 1080p camera and an amazingly high-resolution machine that makes it easy to use.

Devindra had no problem using it as its daily driver, and taxed with several browser windows, Slack, Spotify, Evernote and Pixelmater Pro. The iMac M1 was able to convert 4K software to 1080p faster than the ASUS ZenBook Duo, beating 5 Geekbenchs higher than game laptops from ASUS and MSI. However, he noticed the noise of the fans playing the game and the port interface is messy because the desktop only has USB-C. Also, although some prefer Magic Mouse and Keyboard, Devindra still finds them unhappy to use it all the time.

iPad Pro M1 2021

Chris Velazco / Engadget

After one week of testing, Chris Velazco was impressed with the new features iPad Pro a weapons. With the same M1 chipset MacBook Air, Proponents and The new iMac, a number of different options up to 1TB, 5G support and a Liquid Retina XDR display, a 12.9-inch tablet can handle anything thrown. It runs smoothly even when playing fast-paced games GRID AutoSport, switch to 4K videos and watch videos with better visibility. Instead, Chris says that the machine is efficient, one needs to be skilled in order to use it properly.

However, all of this technology makes the iPad heavier than older models, which makes it easier to hold for longer. Chris also noticed that switching the front-facing camera into a larger 12-megapixel over-the-top camera for FaceTime phones – though the new section of CenterStage still kept its face on the phone. The biggest problem he had was the app, which does not use the special features of the iPad Pro – at least. With Apple’s International Manufacturers’ Conference coming up, it’s possible that there are other programs that can showcase what Pro Pro can do.

Sony SRS-RA5000

Billy Steele / Engadget

Sony spent two years laughing at its Reality Audio platform before releasing any weapons. The program of SRS-RA5000 and SRS-RA3000 they are the first speakers to express the type of immersion word. And although it was designed specifically for the RA platform, Billy Steele says the $ 700 RA5000 is a good thing around. At 10 pounds and 13 inches, it is larger than most shelf speakers and has a simple black-and-white design with brass rings that Billy feels is a distinctive piece of equipment. The RA5000 can be used as part of a multi-chamber audio, which is why it works with TVs, but unlike other speakers, it does not have a single speaker so you may need an additional tool for this session.

The students inside the RA5000 include seven conductors – three-shot, three-dimensional shooters and an intermediate woofer – all capable of producing different voices. 360 Reality Audio is designed to sound like music around you; while Billy said his voice is consistent and visible on all sides, he does not believe it is the “room reservation” announced by Sony. Even so, she still loved the clear, warm voice of the speaker. They also love the Immersive Audio Experience system which makes non-360RA audio systems better. However, some of the content in the 360RA was bad, as was the price tag.

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360

Cherlynn Low / Engadget

After testing the 15-inch flexible shape of a Samsung’s Galaxy Book Pro 360, Cherlynn Low saw it as a useful machine. With Super AMOLED, FHD performance, several good ports, an 11th-gen Intel Core i7 processor and 16GB of RAM, the Book Pro 360 has never stuttered in testing. And at 3.06 pounds and 0.46 inches, it is lighter and lighter than the counterparts while still providing a large keyboard and moth trackpad. Samsung also includes a S Pen with a laptop, which some may find to be used with a window.

Although Cherlynn appreciated the design changes, such as moving the right-hand button to the right of the keyboard and adding a Windows Hello finger window, she was disappointed with the 720p camera. Low resolution combined with filters only produces black and distorted images. The security equipment that Samsung included was the opposite: the secret weapon was not very good, because it made it difficult for him to see the affected windows on display. And when the battery was fully charged for 15 hours and 20 minutes, rapid replacement was not as fast as the company had promised.

Amazon Echo Agents

Billy Steele / Engadget

Billy Steele was pleased with Amazon’s recent changes Echo Buds. Not only did the company change the ears for the better, but it also enabled them to buy them for $ 120. The Budswo are less than 20% and two grams lighter than their previous ones and have new vents that make them comfortable. In addition, Amazon incorporates four sensors and two wings in size and there is an ear test inside the Alexa app to help you determine what to hear in your ears.

Amazon also added suspension (ANC) and wireless suspension to Echo Buds. The new 5.6mm high-speed driver sounds great and Billy found the voice adjustment to be equally accurate. The noise is stressful, he said, and there are plenty of places for everything to stand on its own two feet. The earphone app also offers a number of options that you can choose to combine with EQ sliders, a hands-free Alexa and PowerSave to extend battery life. Billy also found that the battery ran for five hours correctly, just like the old model. One of the few things he would like to see is the most secure – these pages are just not compatible with IPX4.

Fujifilm GFX 100S

Steve Dent / Engadget

Not that Steve Dent tried small, sleek looks Fujifilm GFX 100S a camera without glasses, but also offered to professional photographers to help as well. He agreed with Steve that the GFX 100S offers better ways to work in the small body, but that autofocus still needs to work. Fujifilm has reduced its size to 100S by 35 percent to less than two pounds by removing the regulatory oversight. Steve still found the camera function to be excellent even though he didn’t have a lot of controls.

The GFX 100S also has a new body system that is smaller than the original, which gave Steve the functionality to go with the six-stop motion detection. She discovered her surprisingly low potential and had white images on the fun scenes (despite the low ISOs). The autofocus system delivers 3.76 million pixels to 425 selected AF frames. However, the system also had its drawbacks, which made it difficult to use the camera for inconvenience and high mobility. And Steve heard that the 3.69 million OLED display screen was not up to the standard of expecting a $ 6,000 camera. He also recommended skipping an electric shutter and sticking on a machine or front cover.

Changes in Mass Effect Issues

YES

Where the original Mass Effect trilogy is a very popular game with fan groups, Mat Smith admits that the game featured little eagles and insights that force players to enter menus to fight power. The instruments could feel very flawed and inconsistent, and the musical instruments were unchanged. It is a release for Changes in Mass Effect Issues, Much of this has been answered, helping Mat to rekindle his passion for the game while player choices make the environment and have challenges throughout the series.

Changes to initial thinking Mass Effect I have been correcting and correcting; Mat says that’s probably how the game should feel at the start. The game’s upgrades also include a lot of places to be afraid of if your skins are reset as well as a less sensitive machine (though still inadequate, according to Matt). It says if you are a newcomer to INE all creation, Old Modification that’s the way to know. And if you’ve already played in the series, you’ll be gaining strength in the trilogy as a result of uploading images and quickly lowering levels.
