This can be beneficial if you are looking for a high-quality, high-performance tracker based on a well-known brand name. Charge 5 puts a lot of boxes in if you want to get better. Exercise and health tracking help, especially if you get the most out of Fitbit Premium. You can improve your performance and understand your sleep, for example. You can control your stress as well as your heart rate and blood oxygen levels, and you’ll have things like GPS, Fitbit Pay and a longer battery life.
There are limits. Fitbit does not share what is happening with Apple Health or Google Fit, and you may not be able to stream music from the tracker window. There is also the issue of competition: you can find other alternatives from companies like Amazfit, Xiaomi and Amazon only which costs less money (especially in the future) if you can do without the other ingredients. Fitbit’s experience on the field is complex, however, and the retail price makes the Charge 5 a very tempting one.
