Facebook wants FTC technical chairman to return to cancel elections

Amazon is not the only one asking Lina Khan of the Federal Trade Commission for that get out of court. The program of Wall Street Journal reports that Facebook has asked the FTC to remove Khan from negotiations for a supervisor to continue another lawsuit against social networking sites. He could not be impartial, Facebook said, as it “always” criticized Facebook for wrongdoing that could lead to a lawsuit.
We asked the FTC for comment. Khan has already said he will speak to law enforcement officials at the Commission if there are any concerns he may need to leave.
Khan has been a staunch opponent not only of “Big Tech” companies like Amazon and Facebook, but also of US illegal practices that he sees as insufficient to resume violence against corporations. The companies fear that Khan will take part, inclusive a constant complaint to Facebook. Not to mention that the removal that protects the big giants from being disrupted by what has happened – FTC and politicians he was not ashamed to seek to destroy these companies before Khan began his new career.
