The James Webb Space Telescope has completed its two-week mission, expanding its large, gold-plated glass-shaped glass as it prepares to study every aspect of celestial history.

“I’m fascinated by this – what a wonderful experience,” Thomas Zurbuchen, NASA’s chief engineer, said on Saturday as celebrities around the world celebrated.
“We see that beautiful picture in the sky now.”
More powerful than the Hubble Space Telescope, the $ 10bn Webb will look into the sky to see light from the first stars and galaxies created 13.7 billion years ago. Although Webb arrives at its destination, known as the second Lagrange point, within a few weeks, it still has five and a half months to settle.

Far from the universe
Baltimore flight attendants began opening the first glass on Friday, opening the left side as a vegetable table.
This glass is made of beryllium, a lightweight but durable metal. Each of its 18 layers is covered with a thin layer of gold, which reflects the light of the infrared light. The hexagonal dimensions, the size of the coffee table should be adjusted in the days and weeks to come in order to focus more on the stars, galaxies, and extraterrestrial planets.
The sun shield will be centered between the telescope and the Sun, the Earth and the Moon, and the Sun-facing side built to withstand 110 degrees Celsius (230 degrees Fahrenheit).
The ultraviolet light emitted by the first light elements was stretched by the expansion of the universe, and it arrives today as an infrared form, which Webb is equipped to detect more clearly than ever before. Its infrared technology will provide astronomers with a wealth of insight into the ancient world.
If all goes well, scientific research will begin this summer. Astronomers expect to look back on the 100-million-year Big Bang, closer to Hubble’s reach.
His work also includes studying astronomical planets in order to determine his origin, evolution, and habitat.
NASA’s telescope blog said what Saturday was “the last of its kind in the observatory”.
“Its completion will pave the way for the remaining five and a half months, which will include stabilizing at a constant temperature, connecting glass, and improving scientific equipment.”
