Therefore, if you cannot know, me really as It is not far away. But, everywhere else, the new Apple TV 4K is not just a spectacular departure from the 2017 model. Its A12 Bionic processor allows it to display Dolby Vision and HDR video at 60FPS, but it is not something most people would realize. With the exception of some movies in the Red Bull program, there aren’t many Dolby Vision fans out there. And rare movies that use technology like Ang Lee’s Gemini man, not available on iTunes.

Navigating around the Apple TV interface and launching apps sounds faster than the final version, but not in this way. Some of those zippiness may have been due to the rapid use of the Internet over Wi-Fi 6, but I have not seen any big speed bumps when downloading videos. There’s also the potential for the A12 Bionic to run the game faster than the previous A10X Fusion device, but I still haven’t heard from developers wanting to release these new weapons. Since it supports HDMI 2.1, Apple TV can capture 120Hz in the future. This can bring simple games to other topics.

It is worth noting that A12 Bionic in itself is very old. It first appeared in the iPhone XS in 2018. So, let me repeat: If you have the latest Apple TV 4K, there is no need to get this new box.

For newcomers, the Apple TV look is still beautiful. It works the same way with Amazon and Roku – launching apps and choosing videos is very important, because – but there’s an extra polish I appreciate. Think of this as the difference between Mac OSX and Windows XP in the 2000s. The Apple TV grid images look incredible, and I appreciate being able to go back to the show or video via the TV program. Multitasking is something that Roku can’t do, while it’s easy to jump between different apps and streams on Apple TV. You can also stream videos to the gallery while browsing other apps.

Naturally, Apple TV also sounds great for iPhone and iPad owners. After AirPlay and screen recording, you can also use iOS along with Apple TV to record on the pages. It is especially useful if you have long passwords, or if you can save on passwords.

In general, video streaming on an Apple TV looks as good as any 4K / HDR box. But Apple also takes a unique approach to displaying high-resolution objects: It forces your TV to have HDR at all times. This helps to reduce the frustration that occurs every time a TV is switched between different colors, but it can also cause some problems to show what the older ones are. On my TCL 8 graphics, Apple TV converts 4K Dolby Vision at 60Hz. I never saw any problem when I looked at old sitcoms like that Encourage and Simple, but it is something else many users have complained for many years.

After many complaints in 2017, Apple finally offered the ability to match the size of the frame with different categories, rather than forcing HDR. But it doesn’t work for any program, unfortunately. At the moment, I can see that it’s a rare issue, but it’s not that confusing.

While you can stream your videos with Roku Ultra, you can miss one of the biggest things on Apple TV: Siri. On iPhones and iPads, Apple’s assistant sometimes has a hard time following my rules. But on the fixed box, where I just need to get a viewer, Siri can be more useful than Roku or Amazon offerings. Searching for videos and videos takes a few seconds, and for the most part, Siri Remote does a good job of hearing what I’m trying to say. Siri can also help you find new things to see, or you can ask her to play the latest version of everything you drink.

You can also use the Apple TV as a HomeKit plug-in, which gives you the option to adjust things like smart lights when you’re away from home. Personally, it’s not something I’ve ended up using too much, but I love being able to see my Arlo security cameras quickly. When I ask Siri to “show me the floor door,” it gives me a picture of that camera in less than a minute. Those videos pop out of PiP windows, but you can also add them to fill your TV. The new Apple TV also supports the app Thread wise home standard, such as the HomePod Mini, which gives you access to IoT networks and other devices. This is about confirming the future though, since there aren’t a lot of thread-supported items here.

Pa $ 179 for the 32GB format, and $ 199 of the 64GB, Apple TV still feels like a tough sale for many. This is especially true when you consider that the Roku Ultra, the company’s most powerful tool, costs $ 100 (and it sells for $ 70 during this course!). But there is a reason for me to come back: It is easy to use, and there are a number of advantages for iOS users. Gradually, I no longer have to offer distant excuses.
