Under the Immunization Vaccine Program, Singapore allows fully immunized travelers to replace their isolation, which is required to test COVID-19 several times.
About a dozen countries were enrolled in the program including Australia, India, Malaysia, Britain and the United States.
Passengers already carrying tickets on the plane or buses and those who meet all the requirements can still walk under the program.
Singapore has confirmed Omicron exports have been linked to a number of local diseases.
