Simone Biles will take part in the final race on Tuesday, the first since then discharge at several competitions for psychological reasons, USA Gymnastics announced Monday morning.

“I just sat there, like, I’m shaking, I can’t sleep. I’ve never felt like I’m going to a race before, and I tried to get here to have fun,” Biles said.
Wednesday, USA Gymnastics he announced that Biles also gave up public competition “to take care of his mental health.”
“We wholeheartedly support Simone’s decision and appreciate his courage in putting his life first,” USA Gymnastics said in a statement at the time. “His courage also shows why he is a role model for many.”
On Friday, Biles did a Q&A on Instagram and posted a test video to describe the many experiences he has had. He also explained that a mental illness started to occur randomly in the morning after the initial debate.
“For anyone who says I quit. I haven’t left my mind and body in disarray,” he wrote.
Last resort will be Biles’ only individual shots at the Olympic medal.
