Google has another charge against it. Politics states 36 states and Washington DC have agreed to sue the company for its Play Store. They claim that Google’s exposure to the market violates US antitrust laws. The two defendants in the back of the suit filed a lawsuit in a California court where Judge James Donato is due to file an Epic lawsuit against Google Ma Fortnite removed from the Play Store last year.

All of this is not true on iOS devices where Apple’s App Store is the only place you can download apps for your iPhone or iPad.
Today’s suit will return a week after a judge in Washington dismissed the FTC’s complaint against Facebook, stating that the agency did not provide sufficient evidence to prove that the development company was the sole owner.
