[ad_1]

At this year’s CES, Sony has unveiled a follow-up to electric car was revealed at the same event two years ago. The new model is the SUV that the company is importing Vision-S 02. Sony took the sedan EV and the cloud platforms and put them in a new shape to make the car, which has a large interior that can accommodate seven.

The electric SUV features full-body sensors, including a CMOS image and LiDAR sensors on its driver support systems. Sony says it is conducting tests in Europe as part of its efforts to develop Level 2+ driving support technology for public roads. Inside, there are Time-of-Flight sensors to verify drivers, as well as informative and verbal support. The car will also have 5G connectivity to support climate change and remote operation, which Sony is working with its partners.

While Vision-S 02 is just a metaphor for now, Sony has ambitions to become an electric car player and sell its cars to the public. Establishes a working company called “Sony Mobility Inc.” this spring and will explore entry into the EV market. The company has not disclosed what it is doing to achieve that goal, and it remains to be seen whether it will be able to release its Vision-S vehicles. It is important to note, however, that Sony has been testing its electronic sedan on public roads in Europe since December 2020 and has again attempted to ensure the safety and awareness of users in the professional and audio profession.
