The Witness reports on a massage when the government indicted Maxwell

The woman testified that at the age of 16 Ghislaine Maxwell offered her a massage, while the government on Friday suspended their sex trafficking case against a British man and former Jeffrey Epstein.

Annie Farmer told the jury that she was a high school student interested in talking about university plans while visiting Epstein farm in New Mexico while Maxwell offered a massage. Dressed according to Maxwell’s instructions, Farmer said. After a while, Maxwell lowered the blanket, expanded it, and began rubbing the tops of her breasts.

“I was not comfortable and scared and I wanted to get off the table,” Farmer said Friday in tears.

He too bore witness to that Epstein he climbed into bed with her on the trip, which caused her to run to the bathroom, and Maxwell showed her how to rub her feet. He seemed to enjoy it. They made a lot of noise, ”said the farmer.

The farmer went over the weekend believing it was a group of students promising money and Epstein, David Mulligan, his high school sweetheart, testified. “But he told me when he found out she was the only girl,” said Mulligan.

The farmer told the FBI in 2006 that “Epstein or Maxwell” had stopped his sister’s trip to the farm last week, leaving her alone and insecure.

She was the last of four women to be indicted on Maxwell in a two-week trial that included compelling evidence. Critics want to make sure Maxwell helped married girls, some 14 years old, to get Epstein sexually abused. At times, critics even claim to be involved.

Maxwell has pleaded guilty to one count of felony criminal mischief. His lawyers criticized the government for trying to turn him into Epstein’s goat, who died by suicide in New York prison after his arrest in July 2019. He also said that state witnesses wanted a “jackpot” of money, as Bobbi Sternheim, one of Maxwell’s lawyers, had said.

The four critics include an American soap opera singer, a British singer, a single woman with a substance abuse problem and Farmer, a psychologist. They all grew up in an environment where their fathers were absent, either because of death or divorce. They too, to a degree, were penniless, they testified.

The farmer is just one of four people who have been accused of using his full name in court. His testimony was not part of Maxwell’s case because he had met the legal age in New Mexico – 16 – at the right time. However, his case was based on what the prosecutors had set up with their accusers: Epstein’s aid led to a conversation with him and Maxwell that soon became serious and sexual.

The farmer met Epstein through his older sister, Maria, who works for him as an artist in New York City, he said. He paid for her to fly from Arizona for a Christmas trip in 1995. In her youth book, she remembered a true joy. Phantom of the Opera on Broadway and drinking champagne at Epstein’s mansion. But he also expressed displeasure with his behavior when the three went to the movies. Epstein, who testified, began rubbing his hand and rubbing his leg while his sister sat next to him.

“It was a little weird. It is one of the hardest things to deal with, ”he wrote in a January 7, 1996, issue presented in court. He added: “I think he was a good man at heart and could rarely do any harm to anyone. I know this sounds like I’m trying to justify doing something weird, but I don’t. “

Epstein repeated the behavior, clearly, Farmer said when he took her to the movies with Maxwell on a trip to New Mexico in April. After his reprimand, Mulligan testified, for not having the courage to speak out about the atrocities. He feared, he said, that doing so would jeopardize his sister’s career with Epstein.

After being questioned, Laura Menninger, Maxwell’s lawyer, confirmed that there was no mention of her client in Farmer’s books. He also confirmed that the Farmer had kept the cowboy boots that Epstein had bought for him on the trip, and continued to wear them for many years – proving that his experience did not hurt him much.

He didn’t get dressed for work, Farmer said, but he did allow himself: “I get dressed when I go two steps.”
