Gurumurthy said the agreement was part of a 10-year plan to invest £ 100m in changing public services through the Nesta fund; support for compassionate research and education; and reimburse the advisors ’fees paid to the BIT.

“BIT has conducted more than 700 randomized controlled trials over the past decade and a new partnership with BIT will allow us to make a concerted effort to address these three major challenges,” added Gurumurthy, referring to zero hit, overweight, and early years of change. education. “We will make money by creating and experimenting with new solutions and expanding projects.”

Nesta said it hopes to combine its expertise in machine learning, data science and BIT behavioral knowledge to find effective answers. It will also look to spread to new areas, including India and Latin America.
