Prior to the payment, 35 lots were sold for $ 589.7m, a number that will be close to the amount shared by Maclowes.
Monday’s event was the first of two commercials to complete the final chapter of the long-running divorce war between the Maclowes. The same split – which was a big deal after Harry posted great pictures of himself and his new wife at one of his Park Avenue favors insulting his ex-wife – has already been completed.
