Amazon’s original video War of Tomorrow now streaming on Prime Video. Chris Pratt, Yvonne Strahovski, Betty Gilpin, JK Simmons, Sam Richardson and Edwin Hodges. The video is directed by Chris Mckay, written by Zack Dean and lead producers Chris Pratt, Rob Cowan, Brian Oliver, and Bradley J. Fischer.
War of Tomorrow and Dan Forester, a science teacher, veteran of the war, and a family that has been drafted for the next 30 years to fight a deadly alien invader. It is a story of war, as well as a story of deep human heart with many hearts and other very cold events.
Now Chris Mckay is known for his dedication to directing and producing animated films like Good manners, Lego video, Batman Lego Movie, and Chicken Dolls. War of Tomorrow then the first thing to do with Mckay.
After a brief chat with Mckay about the video, he was not impressed with what the critics thought, but viewers were the ones who could come out. He had this to say, “I hope they have a good time watching the movie – laughing, scared, having fun – with family and friends. I hope they start dating Yvonne, Sam, JK, Ryan, Edwin, Jasmine, Keith, Mary-Lynn, Mike and all the actors. And I hope they see the other side of what Chris Pratt I can play as a player. ”
It’s always good if the artist wants to go out and try something. From watching the video, it is clear that Mckay is ready to take action and knows how to make a show — which I am sure his experience helped. But that doesn’t mean Mckay has dealt with animation while his next work points to the next step Lego Batman Movie will begin production in 2022.
