The concept of Toyota SUV engines has crashed in the US before its launch in 2022

Toyota’s bZ4X BEV concept SUV began to turn around when it launched at Auto Shanghai earlier this year, and their journey to the United States has already begun. The machine confirmed yesterday that the car arrived in Plano, the capital of Texas, and that it intends to launch an American crossover sometime next year. (Here we hope it has fewer tongues when it arrives.)

“Approximately the size of the RAV4, which is relatively flexible compared to other BEVs, will be better positioned in the market,” said Lisa Materazzo, VP of Toyota Marketing in printing.

Considering that Toyota sells about 400,000 RAV4s in the United States alone each year, it should come as no surprise that manufacturers expect the bZ4X BEV to thrive around here. That said, there are significant differences in design here that make the bZ4X more comfortable, more comfortable – a group of tools, for example, mounted on the rear from the wheel than it normally does in most cars, and have a larger-than-infotainment display and cluster display. Its appearance is not as small as you can get, say, Tesla, but it is all a little smoother than the 2021 RAV4.

The clean, open house sits on top of the new e-TNGA platform, which was developed in collaboration with Subaru – Toyota is said to have delivered its expertise in EVs while Subaru has used its 4WD technology. (Unsurprisingly, Subaru is planning to ship its electric Solterra SUV in the same way.)

As Toyota reported in 2019, the e-TNGA platform was designed to be stable: the front and rear-wheel drive is more stable, just as the battery and steering wheel are compared to the front wheels, but “wheelbase, the amount of batteries installed, overhangs, and other things can change. ”Unfortunately, Toyota did not say much about the speed of its first e-TNGA EV, so we have to wait until the car manufacturer starts to talk a little bit.
