The sun is the laser is dead and is trying to damage your skin. This is what we live on Earth, and most of us do not do enough to protect ourselves. Of course, you should wear sunscreen every day, even if it is flooding. And yes, you should look for shade whenever you can. But sleeping under an umbrella is no fun way to spend time outdoors with friends or on the beach.
This is where sunscreen comes in handy. Most people only consider sun protection in the summer months, but I have a congenital problem with UV light. If gloves, shirts, or coats advertise more protection than they are, my skin tells me like malignant tumors. I have to wear UPF clothes every day, it is possible to say I wear them ideas when it comes to perfection, finishing, and feeling protective clothing. After weeks of testing this summer (hence, therefore, a lot of swelling), these are my sunscreens for everyday wear.
