SiriusXM has filed a lawsuit for lack of podcast content due to poor hearing

SiriusXM has been accused of doing too little to make its podcasts available. The National Association of the Deaf and Disability Rights Advocates has issued a case against SiriusXM (its combination Pandora and Stitcher brands) accuse it of isolating the deaf and hearing impaired by failing to provide descriptive words or notes on any podcasts. The company allegedly violated the American Disabilities Act and New York law by denying access to the same rights.

This suit seeks to destroy all of them as well as the law forcing SiriusXM to issue podcast content. The company must also “certify” the advertising of deaf and hard of hearing people.
