The first unemployment rate in the US last week dropped slightly from the epidemic, as jobs started slowly and businesses tried to work amidst job losses.

Statistics from the labor department showed 360,000 people who filed to help the unemployed within a week, according to forecasts of economists. There were 386,000 new jobs last week.

That figure is below 400,000 for the three consecutive weeks. Yet it remains the highest epidemic, about 200,000 a week.

The unemployment rate in the US has declined steadily this year, reflecting better labor markets with the Covid-19 vaccine and lower levels of domestic economic development.

However, businesses are struggling to fill open spaces because they want to meet the same requirements. In a Beige Federal Reserve publication published this week, employers say the decline in financial resources has prevented them from working in their companies as much as they would like.

Businesses in several central bank states say they expect to continue to have difficulty finding workers early in the autumn, according to a Fed survey.

Economists have identified a number of barriers to hiring, including underemployment monitoring led by the federal government.

Unpaid workers receive an additional $ 300 a week in addition to the benefits available to the government, even though half of the countries have stood up or are planning to suspend their dismissal soon.

Fear of coronaviruses and childcare barriers also prevent some people from returning to work, economists say.

Businesses across the country say they are increasing spending on incentives to attract and retain workers, a Fed report said.

Claims under another program that offer benefits to those who are self-employed and others who may not always be eligible for profits have also declined. The Pandemic Unemployment Assistance program received 96,362 complaints last week, up from 100,590.

There were 3.24m Americans collecting unpaid bills from July 3, compared to the previous 3.37m week.
