Morning After: Samsung has unveiled a new family of Galaxy Book laptops

Samsung’s biggest event yesterday had nothing to do with phones – once. It was about the Galaxy family, however, the company unveiled new Galaxy Book laptops.

First, all Galaxy Book Pro and Pro 360 (ranging from $ 999 and $ 1,199) it features AMOLED displays – which Samsung phones are known for – within thin, bright bodies. The cool part is that you can switch between four colors, including Adobe RGB and DCI-P3. It is a wise thing for anyone looking to be able to distinguish bright colors and color accuracy when editing photos or video. Clamshells and converters (with visuals) can come in 13- and 15-inch lines. Interestingly, despite its size, the 13-inch Book Pro 360 is also capable of producing 5G radio, making it Samsung’s first Samsung PC. Expect to see the WiFi format first, though. Samsung plans to launch the Pro family on May 14.

The company also unveiled a cheaper version: Galaxy Book (from $ 800) has an LCD display and is heading to the US later this year. After the collection, Galaxy Book Odyssey then the first laptop plus NVIDIA’s RTX 3050 Ti Max-Q GPU.
