The women, who want to spend more than $ 600 million, say Google violated the California Equal Pay Act by paying them less than men, encouraging them to be slower and more frequent. The suit also claims that using Google’s past money is crucial in promoting pay inequality. The senior left the job in 2017, but has failed to meet pay opportunities, according to the suit.

Google has denied any major criminal charges. The program of original suit brought in by Kelly Ellis, Holly Pease and Kelli Wisuri in 2017 was thrown out by a judge before being sent off the following year by another plaintiff, Heidi Lamar. Ellis took to Twitter today to announce the new election as “big”.

The decision also highlights how Google supports women. In February, the company negotiated with the Department of Labor System restoration is the writing of discrimination at its California and Washington offices. Google agreed to pay $ 2.5 million for the more than 5,500 employees currently and those who will register for jobs who have experienced pay. In contrast to similar technical disputes, Google paid $ 9.7 million to reduce payments for 10,677 workers in 2019 after realizing that they were paying fewer men than women working the same jobs.
