The European Commission has approved Microsoft buy Nuance Communications. Supervisor Tuesday’s acquisition of “no” concerns “in the European Union. In reviewing the advertisements, it was found that “Microsoft and Nuance offer very different products.” In addition, it believes the company will continue to face “strong” competition from other companies in the future.

With regulators accepting public comments until January 10, 2022, it is unlikely that the agreement will be closed by the end of 2021 as Microsoft has stated it will when it first announced the purchase of Nuance.
