Texas: At least 13 injured in Austin city shooting | US & Canada News

The bomber is still great; it is not clear what caused the shooting.

At least 13 people have been injured, two by surprise, in a shooting in Austin, Texas.

Gunfire before 1:25 am (06:25 GMT) Saturday near Sixth Street, a popular bar with bars and restaurants.

Road was blocked to prevent traffic from escaping during the shooting, said Austin Police Chief of Police Joseph Chacon.

“Our officers responded very quickly,” adds Chacon.

“They were able to immediately begin life-saving measures for many of these patients, including the use of travelers; the use of chest implants.”

Chacon said some officers transported patients to hospitals in the mobile police station because of the location, where it was difficult to crowd the crowd and find ambulances for those injured.

The shooter was not arrested immediately. It is not clear what caused the shooting.

Chacon said the explanation the police had for the suspects was “unexplained” but said the man believed he was the father.

Investigators are also looking at video footage and other evidence from the area, Chacon said.
