LG has announced pricing and availability of the 2021 soundbar line in the US. Since these colors play on the radio via TV Sound Mode Share, you can enjoy the benefits of LG TVs Apart from AI Sound Pro. Its capabilities use artificial intelligence to analyze and modify sounds, depending on the genre (story, music or cinema) you are listening to. Many of the soundbars on the line are now available from retailers, including the most expensive options: SP9YA and SP8YA.
Both models are compatible with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Siri, which help improve voice recognition. It also works with Apple’s ApplePlay 2, so you can stream, edit and share content from an iPhone, iPad or Mac. Another common denominator between the two is AI room management, which uses geographical information technology to improve the sound of any room in which the device is located. SP9YA (520W, 5.1.2 channel) and SP8YA (440W, 3.1.2 channel) refund you $ 999 and $ 799, respectively.
As you might expect, two of the most affordable models support Dolby Atmos and DTS: X, thanks to their shot speakers that make 3D experience possible. If that’s the main thing you’ve followed, however, you might consider a low-cost SPD7Y that can do the same. All three are compatible with 4K through Dolby Vision, as well. SPD7Y (380W, 3.1.2 channel) soundbar will cost you $ 399, but will not be available until mid-June.
Finally, the SP7Y models (440W, 5.1) and SP2 (100W, 2.1) are now available for sale at $ 449 and $ 179, respectively. All soundbars except SP2 support Hi-Res Audio and are able to render the show at 24bit / 192kHz for SP9YA and for 24bit / 96kHz for SP8YA, SP7Y and SPD7Y. In addition to the five speakers, LG will also release SN11RG, SN10Y and GX sensor in 2021.
