However, my opinion is that chatting with these bots is okay. On the contrary, if we can return to Freud for a while, it may be that it is not harming you that is bothering you. If it is true that good relationships depend on the potential of the consequences – and that meaningful meaning is what separates us from the machine – then you may have reason to fear that the discussion will make you less human. What could be more problematic, above all, than flirting with a group of mathematicians who do not understand anything and cannot tolerate any mistakes, a relationship that would not be disrupted as much as possible? What else could be meaningless?
It is possible that this will change overnight. For the past 100 years, books, TV, and movies have envisioned the future of how robots can love one another, and how satisfying it is to love one another.
