Like many wild and fascinating stories, the story of Theranos and his great-grandmother Elizabeth Holmes changes several times. Director Jennifer Lawrence Bad Blood, who was was just taken over by Apple, can be very interesting. (Expect to find a lot of Oscar love, like the recent Adam McKay movies, The second and The Big Short.) But do not count the services of Hulu, The Dropout. It was first announced in 2019 with Kate McKinnon as well-known serial fibber, Elizabeth Holmes, the series will now star Amanda Seyfried when it kicks off on March 3, 2022.

Based on the original photo, Seyfried captures Holmes ’strong interest. It is also amazing to see the great Naveen Andrews (Lost, Sense8) as Ramesh “Sunny” Balwani, former COO of Theranos and Holmes’ girlfriend. According to Hulu, the series will follow “an unspeakable story of fame and prestige that went so far. How did the world’s youngest self-employed billionaire lose all that in the blink of an eye?”
Theranos was able to raise more than $ 700 million from investors thanks to its seemingly miraculous device, Edison. They were blood tests that were supposed to diagnose various ailments. But of course, it was all false. Reports from Wall Street Journal and some revealed that the company’s technology had never worked. Finally, a The SEC described Theranos, Holmes and Balwani as “extremely deceptive.”
Alex Gibney HBO Notes, The Inventor, did a great job of narrating the play around Theranos, as well as Holmes’ novels. But there is more to change than you realize.
