I like running for the only reason you can do it anywhere. I ran into foreign cities, and used the time to look at the back streets and obscure obelisks. In all, I have completed 13 marathons, including Boston, New York, and Chicago. I also kicked off the Beijing competition in China.

A few days after visiting my parents for Christmas, I had to lose my temper. So I took off my shoes and walked out the door. I opened the Peloton app and found 20 minutes out. What he heard, I thought. Why not try it?

Researchers think that rushing to a promotional playlist is a great way to get more exercise. I agree. Appropriate music can make the final work much more enjoyable.
