U.S. antitrust agents have made their first case at a phone shop, accusing them Google of developers who will increase their sales revenue through the Play store built into its Android app.
The complaint, filed in a San Francisco court on Wednesday, is the fourth in a row against a U.S. investigative giant in less than a year and is the first to adopt a mobile platform among modern consumer technology.

To make their case, the authorities say the Android apps platform is one of the most popular in the market with free licenses, which does not include Apple’s Apple in the picture. Android accounts are 99% on the market, and Google has used “anti-competitive methods to reduce and disrupt competition by sharing Android apps”, causing them to charge “excesses” up to 30%, the complaint said.
Google has been emphasizing that selling apps in Android is more open to competing with its competitor Apple Apple because it allows competing apps closer to the store.
White also said international attempts to take a small definition of the software market to make their case, noting that they “completely ignore the competition we face from other platforms as Apple’s most successful retailer”.
Justifying their attempts to portray Google as a marketplace, not as an anti-iPhone, they lamented: “Android is the only reliable way to get licenses from mobile phone manufacturers who sell and sell their devices to US consumers.”
Google took advantage of the opportunity to illegally benefit from its Play Store, he added, blocking other Android app sharing features and forcing developers to use the Play Store payment method, allowing them to send it themselves.

Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes said Google had used “the unique power and market capitalization to illegally spend billions of dollars more from small companies, competing with consumers more than they should pay”.
In December about 40 prosecutors filed a lawsuit against the company for several counts of illegally harassing their company. This was followed by complaints from a small Republican group about the company’s expertise. Google also handles search-related complaints from the Justice Department.
