Former BioWare GM Casey Hudson is launching a new studio

Less than a year after he announced his decision to , Casey Hudson shared much of his recent work. A former Mass Effect producer took to Twitter today to announce the availability of , Independent game developer Hudson says he is building a “release for creative producers” by “bringing innovation and innovation to players through a new IP.” The studio page shows that it is applying for a variety of roles.
Between the two stages, Hudson spent more than 15 years at BioWare. Both were producers and directors Star Wars: Old Republic Warriors and later became the director of the original . In 2014, he left the studio to join Microsoft to return to BioWare in 2017 to become a senior manager. When Hudson resigned from the developer last year, he said he did so “to pave the way for the next generation of studio.”
Hudson was not the only one who developed BioWare to make it his own. In early 2020, the Wizard of the Coast announced that it was working with Archetype Entertainment, a studio directed by James Ohlen and Chad Robertson, to create a new sci-fi RPG license. The two have a game like Baldur Gate, Dragon Age and Cold nights in the beginning.
