What followed was a combination of shoulder and lungs and a 15-minute burn combined with a quick workout as well as strenuous strength and leg movement. Exercise came in many forms, and the punch pen was a great incentive not to rush and put in more work.

Growing up, boxing was my first way to compete and still have the ball and the fight during the break. Exercise helped me with strength and endurance, and coordination and flexibility helped me to succeed in all my other sports. FightCamp can take my two- or three-hour training and combine it with exercise for 15 to 30 minutes.
Best of all, the joy of riding away from a heavy and cathartic bag in a way that can’t be compared to any other exercise. After a bit of circling with FightCamp, all of the problems you have built up while walking or the working day simply disappear. There is also the great motivation for learning to throw a punch or a good kick and feel satisfying exchange you will catch a strong hook. You do not have to be a friend to know that you can protect yourself, and even if you do not have to defend yourself, it is important to know that you can.
