Facebook testing gives you the opportunity to edit what you see in your News Feed

Facebook can help you soon to be able to monitor the people who are socializing the most on your team. Meta type is to try News Feed controls that allow you to increase or decrease the amount of content you see from your friends, groups, Pages and relevant topics. If a relative writes often when your favorite group is not visible at all, you can customize their format according to your preferences.

Existing controls on preferences, reconnections, failures and non-compliance should also be easy to find. The Facebook test was initially available to only a few “users”, but should be expanded in the coming weeks. The company offers advertisers the opportunity to remove their ads from broad topics such as “News and Politics,” “Crime and Disaster” and “People’s Conflict Issues.”

The timing is right, though it may not satisfy the critics. Attorney Frances Haugen and political activists said so exploded algorithimic Facebook feeds fostering relationships on positive social media platforms. Similarly, Meta will soon following a few ads on difficult topics across his business. This recent move puts some power in the hands of consumers and retailers, but does not provide as much power as others would like.
