Facebook Games launches Support Groups to help advertisers and fans stay connected

Facebook is releasing a new group, but of course Games creators right now. Advertisers can take advantage of a number of new features in Fan Groups. One of them is the process of preparing topics in discussions. This can be moved into a chat pattern (similar to the process in Disagreement or Delayed Server).
